My Obsession!

*Warning to those who don't do well with "scary things", you may want to skip this new entry.*

So those of you know really know me know I have a huge obsession with Halloween. This is my MOST FAVORITEST time of the year (notice I didn't say holiday, but rather time...it's because Halloween is definitely not a one day thing for me, I'd have it all year long if I could).

So anyway, I've ran into a few people in my life who like me, profess their love for this wonderful time of year so I engage in conversation to find out sadly that theirs is a different type of love for this "holiday". While the cutsey pumpkins and cuddley ghosts suffice others, I would rather see the scary, creepy things.

Yes, give me the gorey half dead man crawling across the driveway.

Hang up that spinning and shrieking banshee.

Bring on the skulls and body parts strewn on the lawn.

And please...if you dare...Scare me! I'll love it!!!

Ok, ok...I've probably worried enough of you to think I'm possessed or something, but hey..you were ok with me before you found out this juicy little bit of info. So lets all enjoy this wonderful time of year together and share some spooks and treats.

(P.S. I want a cake like that Amelia!!!)

The New Zahkar!

So we had a fun day a couple days ago. We de-shed Zahkar. He was blowing his coat and leaving it all over the house, so I went and got a de-shedding brush and...

He didn't want to play along! But I finally got him to hang around long enough that he found out getting all that extra hair out felt kinda nice...

Now mind you...that's ONE bagfull of hair...we got a bit over three bagfulls...Didn't think that much hair could come from one dog huh?

And now I have a brand new puppy :D

One Year!

So we've been married a year now! It's been great, can't complain (yet I do think I did a few times along the way). I don't have much else to say than I married the love of my life and am so glad that he decided to marry me :)

Oh So Sad!

I've gone into a depression since last night...depressing, huh? Why, you ask, is she depressed? Because we just found out that our Seahawks bar is closed :( :( :( And now we don't have a place to go watch our beloved Seahawks...Sure, I'm sure we could find some sports bar that is televising the game, but it's just not the same. This sports bar that we went to was a "Seahawks Bar" where all the Hawk fans went to watch and cheer for the same team...it was our home away from home on gamedays. :( And now, I don't know what we're going to do... go cry somewhere I guess...in my dark little world, away from the shouts and cheers of the "other" football watchers....
Memory Tag
This tag is pretty unique, so I thought I would give it a shot.
1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!
2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you.

Can't Wait!!!

So any football fans out there know preseason has started, which I'm quite excited about :D And Seattle's first preseason game is THIS FRIDAY!!! We can't wait to suit up and go watch the games, enjoying the atmosphere of other Seahawks fans! GO HAWKS!!!

Bath time!

So bathing a 100 + pound dog is quite difficult...especially when he doesn't like bath time. But I survived to bathe him another day :D

Yeah...

So hi, here we are. I don't even know why I created this blog, but...I did. So here goes. I'm not that creative and really don't have much to say, but who knows...this may inspire the "blogger" deep within me and I may end up with the biggest most interesting blog ever created (...heh...), cause isn't that the point?? :D
